Shipping Policy
At AutoMech Engineering Solutions, we are committed to delivering your industrial tools, equipment, and supplies quickly and reliably. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and offer international shipping options. We work with trusted carriers including FedEx and USPS to ensure your order arrives safely.
Free Standard Shipping
All orders of $120 or more qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders under $120 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee starting at $7.99, calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Most orders under $120 will fall in the $7.99–$14.99 range.

Order Processing
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are processed the same day.
- Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking number once your order ships.
Manufacturer-Fulfilled Orders
Some products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer rather than from our warehouse. In these cases, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the manufacturer’s availability and shipping schedule. If any delays are expected, we will inform you promptly with an updated estimated delivery timeline. Please note that manufacturer-shipped orders may arrive in the manufacturer’s packaging rather than AutoMech-branded packaging.
Special Orders & Oversized Items
Some items are marked as “Special Order” on our product pages. These items may have longer processing and delivery times. If your order includes oversized or heavy freight items, additional shipping charges may apply, and we will contact you before processing to confirm the total cost.
Ship Using Your Own Carrier Account
If you have your own FedEx or USPS shipping account, we are happy to ship orders using your account at your cost. Simply provide your carrier account number during checkout or contact us with your order number and account details, and we will apply it to your shipment. This is a great option for businesses that have negotiated carrier rates or prefer to manage their own logistics.
Shipping Restrictions
- Certain hazardous materials, aerosols, and chemicals may have carrier restrictions and may not be eligible for expedited shipping.
- P.O. Box delivery is available for standard ground shipping only.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally. There are two options available for international orders:
- Ship at our cost: We handle shipping using our carriers. The customer is responsible for all customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by the destination country. AutoMech is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Ship with your freight forwarder: If you prefer to use your own shipping agency or freight forwarder, we can coordinate with them directly. Simply provide your agent’s contact details and shipping instructions, and we will arrange the handoff from our warehouse.

Sanctioned Countries – Orders Not Accepted
In compliance with U.S. federal law and regulations enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), AutoMech Engineering Solutions LLC cannot accept, process, or ship orders to the following sanctioned countries:
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
Orders received from these countries, or from individuals or entities acting on behalf of these countries, will be automatically declined and any payment will be refunded. Shipping Liability & Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, AutoMech Engineering Solutions LLC is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier service disruptions, severe weather events, natural disasters, customs processing delays, labor strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as we become aware and work with you to find the best resolution, whether that is waiting for delivery, rerouting the shipment, or issuing a refund.
Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Any claims for lost or damaged packages in transit should be reported to us within 15 days of the invoice date so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 15 days of the invoice date under the following conditions only:
What We Accept for Returns
Returns are limited to the following three scenarios:
- Unused items: Products that are unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Defective items: Products that arrive with a manufacturing defect or malfunction. No restocking fee – full refund or replacement provided.
- Wrong item shipped: If we shipped the wrong product, we will correct the error at no cost to you. No restocking fee – full refund or replacement provided.
Important: All return requests must be initiated within 15 days of the invoice date. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
- Custom or special-order products made to your specifications.
- Hazardous materials, chemicals, adhesives, and sealants (once opened).
- Electrical components that have been installed or wired.
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such on the product page).
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to unused item returns only. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking, and will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns for defective or incorrectly shipped items are always free of charge.

How to Initiate a Return

- Receive RMA: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
- Pack and ship: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging, write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship to the address provided.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days.
- Refund issued: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Important: Do not return items without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you.
